If you need YouTube for work related activities like training and you are getting blocked by Websense. Please check the following things.

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the computer with your own username and password (usually first initial last name). If you don’t have one please submit a computer support ticket.
  2. Go to the YouTube link. When you receive the Websense screen, look for the “Use Quota Time” button. If you do not see this button double check #1, restart and if still not there then submit a computer support ticket.
  3. Each user gets about 2 hours of quota time daily. This may differ depending on your job position. This is tracked on a per username basis so please do not share your username and password. Everyone should have their own.
